SCRAPAWAY WEEKEND RETREATS & GETAWAYS!

The All-Inclusive Scrapaway Weekend Retreats consist of 3 days, 2 nights accommodations (you can add an extra day if you like!) at the Fremont Marriott Courtyard. Included in your weekend are a Welcome gifts,  Appetizers and a welcome cocktail on Friday evening;  Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday;  Breakfast/Brunch on Sunday, Snacks and Beverages throughout the weekend.  Check in time is anytime after 2:00 pm on Friday, check out time is 12:00 pm on Sunday.  Attendees must be at least 16 years of age. 

 

The Scrapaway Weekend Getaways consist of 3 days, 2 nights accommodations at a lodge or retreat facility in the mountains of Northern California. Included in your weekend are a Welcome gifts,  Appetizers and a welcome cocktail on Friday evening;  Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday;  Breakfast/Brunch on Sunday, Snacks and Beverages throughout the weekend.  Check in time is anytime after 2:00 pm on Friday, check out time is 12:00 pm on Sunday.  Attendees must be at least 16 years of age. 

 

ROOM SHARING

Just let me know that you are interested in sharing a room.  I will contact other people attending the weekend for you and see who else is needs a roommate.  I do my best to match personalities.

 

DAY CROPPING

There are usually a couple “Day Crop Only” spots at the Fremont retreats. However, since we have a contract with the hotel, and need to fill a minimum amount of rooms; people who book a room have priority over “Day Crop Only” spots.   When you sign up, select deposit and list in the notes that you are interested in “Day Crop Only”.  REMEMBER, you can scrapbook ALL NIGHT LONG!  It is nice to not have to worry about driving and you can take a nap anytime!

 

ONE NIGHT OPTIONS

Sometimes there is the possibility of staying one night and cropping all weekend.  This is a great alternative to “Day Crop Only” If this is something you are interested in, please email us and we can check on availability.

 

DEPOSIT

A $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation, to be paid at the time of registration.  This is on a first come/first serve basis. Full Payment for the weekend is due 6 weeks before the event start date.  In the event you cannot make your date, I will credit your account for a later date if cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to your scheduled weekend.  If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the event the deposit is forfeited. 

 

BALANCE DUE DATE

The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay.  Balance due is non-refundable unless your space can be filled. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay through this website with a Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card or PayPal account; you can also make arrangement with me to pay with check. Checks or money orders are accepted by mail.  Insufficient funds will automatically cancel your reservation and there will be a $25 fee.

 

You do not officially have a table space or a room until I receive your payment. You will receive a confirmation once your payment is received.  

 

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds.  If there is a waiting list for the retreat you are signed up for, you will get a credit for the amount you paid and you can use that for another retreat and someone will move up from the waiting list.  You are also welcome to “Sell your spot” to someone you know.  Registration fees are transferable to another registrant but will not be refunded.
