Vendor Information

Interested in being a vendor??     If you wish to be a vendor at the retreat please email me.

Vendor Info:  The main goal of my retreats is for the guests to have fun, laugh, relax and hopefully get some stuff done.  Please, keep that in mind when planning to come.

Vendor Cost:  $20, secures your vendor spot for the weekend.    If you are signing up as an attendee, the $20 is waved.

Price does not include hotel room, meals or prizes. If you wish to stay at the hotel, please contact me. Room would include breakfast. If you are doing spa breakout sessions, it would be better for you to have a room to do the sessions in, for a quiet relaxing environment.

Table space:  We will provide one 6 foot table. When attending this retreat you will be provided a table to display your product. This table is assigned to you, cannot be moved, and will be in one of the scrapping rooms or in the entryway of the scrapbook rooms. I suggest you bring a sign or something for your table.

Vendors to provide:

Raffle Prizes - Each vendor will be required to donate $50 in raffle/door prizes. This should be 3-4 gift items or bundles that all total $50 retail. Please do not combine door prizes. Prizes should be wrapped or in gift bags.  If your company hostess credit, I would like to get the hostess credit on the sales from the retreat to get more tools and supplies for the retreats.

Weekend Special - Please offer a special to the attendees. This special can be anything from 5-20% off, free shipping, no tax to buy one get one... Your choice…

Breakout Sessions:  This is a pleasant activity that many of our guests enjoy.  The goal is to keep them fun and relaxing. You will be provided a time slot for your class/breakout and I will offer the breakout and get early signups.  Any demo times and descriptions, will be listed for attendees, and I will remind everyone prior to the session.  If you wish to give a description of your breakout session, please email me prior to the retreat and include how many people can attend max; how many sessions you want to do; if there is a small materials fee or if it is free; and which days you want to do them.

Advertising:  Prior to the retreat, I will list the vendors attending in an email and  on the welcome sheet each attendee will receive.  I will also put a short blurb about you - please email your info ASAP.
